We all can become stuck at times, feeling low energy or fearful and anxious at what seems like insurmountable challenges. 

Having another person sit with us and hear us in our struggles, accepting us as valid can be transformative. The experience can help us to develop a better relationship with ourselves. This is integral to what I offer. 

When we find begin to accept ourselves and our needs as valid it becomes possible to find a sense of peace within ourselves. We can begin to connect better with others and develop more fulfilling relationships.

During the time we spend together I will seek to understand the problem from your perspective and work within your view of the world to explore if there are other ways of approaching the challenges you face.

Sessions are usually weekly, for 50 minutes.  My services include, short, medium, long-term and open-ended therapy. Together we can decide what best suits your needs. 

I offer face to face*, online zoom video, and telephone counselling. 

During the pandemic I am not meeting face to face and will re-continue this when it is safe to do so.
