A bit about me

I am an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, with several years’ experience working privately and in the voluntary sector. I can provide short, medium, long-term and open-ended therapy to adults (including face to face, online zoom video, or telephone counselling).

I can support individuals experiencing a range of issues, from anxiety, depression and low mood to going through change, exploring one’s identity or grieving a loss. Together we may want to explore your current ways of coping and discover more helpful ways of being, which can better support you.

I trained at the acclaimed Metanoia Institute in which I hold an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy and diploma in Integrative Psychodynamic Counselling.

I am registered and accredited by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and follow its code of ethics and practice.
